We are in the process of adding local forms for every Ohio county to EstateAssist. The list of current forms on the app can be seen here.
Local forms are found below the State Standard Forms on the Pleadings page. If the county has a local form with the same name/number as a State Standard Form, the State Standard Form will still show up in the upper section for pleadings, and the local form will be in the bottom section.
For most counties, our team had to scour the local court website to gather local forms. That sometimes results in difficulty finding or identifying local forms. They can be missed. Forms are also sometimes updated or added. We try to communicate with the courts to ask that they keep us updated, but that is not guaranteed.
Nothing helps us keep EstateAssist up-to-date more than our users. Please notify us if you find that we are missing something, that we need to make a change, or that a local court wants something changed in the generating of pleadings.
